In order to apply geopolymer concrete in a Rijkswaterstaat project, Van Hattum en Blankevoort submitted an application to the Betoninnovatieloket for the validation of geopolymer concrete. The Concrete Innovation Counter is an initiative of clients and market parties to increase the speed of application of innovative concrete and concrete products. The Concrete Innovation Counter aims to achieve this by providing an independent assessment of the claimed performance of these innovative products. As the first party, Van Hattum en Blankevoort in cooperation with Sqape has delivered a complete file for assessment. A positive assessment facilitates the application of geopolymer concrete based on Sqape technology in future projects.
